We offer dedicated support for each and every resident and their families. Our private, as well as our companion, apartments are designed for maximum independence. Our community is spacious, comfortable, beyond state-of-the-art and just feels like home. Palm Beach Memory Care features warm and inviting common areas as well as safe and secure interior courtyards which offer safe spaces for residents to take a leisurely stroll.
Highly trained, compassionate, care professionals at Palm Beach Memory Care understand the challenges that residents and their families are facing. Providing exceptional care in a safe and secure environment is our priority. All staff undergo specialized training and education above and beyond what is required or industry standard. An in-depth review of a resident’s history and current abilities is done to develop a customized care plan to meet their unique needs. Who We Serve
We serve families living with different types of dementia, such as Alzheimer’s, vascular dementia, Parkinson’s, and other related medical conditions. We provide 24-hour care. In addition, we cater to our residents’ abilities, focusing on what they are able to accomplish instead of what they can no longer accomplish. This approach allows us to engage memory care residents while maintaining their dignity and allowing them to thrive.
